Welcome to Luxe Dipped. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the expectations, responsibilities, and limitations associated with your purchase.

1. Orders

All Luxe Dipped treats are made-to-order.

Orders must be placed with adequate notice: at least one week in advance for standard orders and two weeks in advance for custom or themed orders.

Availability is based on our production schedule and may be limited during peak seasons.

2. Deposits & Payments
​

A 25% deposit is required for small orders at the time of booking.
-
A 50% deposit is required for large or custom event orders at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than three (3) days prior to your event. Failure to submit final payment will result in cancellation of the order, with no refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations

Orders canceled at least 7 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

Orders canceled within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
​
4. Delivery & Pickup
​

Luxe Dipped offers delivery within Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Anthem for an additional fee. Delivery fees are based on location and are provided at the time of order.

Pickup is available by appointment at no additional cost.

Once an order is delivered or picked up, Luxe Dipped is not responsible for any damage, mishandling, or improper storage that may affect the appearance or quality of your treats.

5. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions

Luxe Dipped products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs.

While we take great care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contamination.

Clients with severe allergies are advised to consider these risks before placing an order.

6. Refunds

All sales are final.

Refunds will not be provided once an order has been delivered or picked up.

Refunds are only considered if Luxe Dipped fails to fulfill the order as outlined in writing (e.g., incorrect items or incomplete quantities). Luxe Dipped reserves the right to determine an appropriate resolution.

7. Party Table Setups

Party table setup services are available for an additional cost, which is determined based on size, theme, and complexity.

Orders with Party Table Setups MUST be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

Setup fees are non-refundable once services have been performed.

8. Intellectual Property

All Luxe Dipped branding, designs, logos, images, and website content are the exclusive property of Luxe Dipped and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Dipped is not liable for any allergic reactions, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of consuming or handling our products.

Luxe Dipped is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, or transportation issues.

10. Changes to Terms

Luxe Dipped reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
