At Luxe Dipped, each order is handcrafted with care to provide a luxury experience. Because our treats are made-to-order and perishable, all sales are considered final. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Accuracy & Quality
​
We take every measure to ensure your order is prepared to the highest standard. If you believe there is an issue with your order at the time of pickup or delivery, it must be addressed immediately with Luxe Dipped staff. Once your order has been accepted, either by delivery or pickup, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

Customer Responsibility After Pickup or Delivery

Once your order leaves our care, Luxe Dipped cannot be held responsible for any damage, improper storage, or handling that may affect the appearance or quality of your treats. Clients are provided with care instructions, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow them to preserve the integrity of their order.

Deposits & Final Payments
​
All deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are required no later than three (3) days before your scheduled event. Failure to submit payment on time will result in cancellation of the order, with no refund of the deposit.

Cancellations
​
If you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date to receive a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Any cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not qualify for a refund.

Refund Exceptions
​
Refunds will only be considered in the rare case that Luxe Dipped fails to fulfill your order as agreed upon in writing (for example, incorrect items or incomplete quantities). In such instances, Luxe Dipped reserves the right to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund or store credit.
