Each Luxe Dipped order is handcrafted with the utmost care to ensure quality and freshness. Once your treats have been delivered or picked up, they are considered your responsibility, and we are unable to provide refunds for any damage or issues that occur while in your possession. Do you offer delivery and pickup options?
Yes, we proudly serve the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Anthem areas. Delivery is available for a fee based on location, while complimentary pickup is always an option for your convenience.
Can I request custom designs?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom designs for all occasions. Simply provide us with your ideas or themes, and we'll bring your vision to life with our handmade sweet treats, tailored specifically for you.
What is your payment policy?
A deposit is required to secure your order:

25% deposit for smaller orders.

50% deposit for larger or custom event orders.

The remaining balance is due no later than three (3) days prior to your event date. If the balance is not paid by this time, the order will be canceled to avoid unnecessary use of materials and preparation time.
This policy ensures we can provide every client with the highest quality product and service.
When do you begin making the treats?
We begin crafting your treats once the final balance is paid, which is three days before your scheduled event. This timing ensures that your order is made as close to the event as possible for maximum freshness, quality, and presentation.
Do you offer party table setups?
Yes. Luxe Dipped offers party table setups for an additional fee, which varies depending on the size, theme, and level of detail requested. Each setup is tailored to your event’s style and vision, creating a stunning presentation that elevates your celebration.
How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure availability and allow time for preparation, we require you to place your order at least two weeks in advance.
Do you accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions?
We will do our best to accommodate special requests whenever possible. However, please note that Luxe Dipped treats are made in a kitchen that may handle common allergens, including but not limited to: nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. While we take great care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from potential cross-contamination.
